The season of pumpkin spice, vibrant leaves and cozy sweaters is upon us, and with it comes our favourite time for fashion. Fall fashion has us feeling nostalgic and wanting to bask in warmth and comfort, especially during such an intense time globally. For 2020, the Fall trends that dazzled on the most coveted runways were diverse, gorgeous and perfectly Autumnal. We’ve rounded up our four favourite Fall fashion trends to make your transition from Summer to Fall seamless and stylish.
- Cropped blazers. A fresh take on a modern business classic, cropped blazers are huge this fall. The trend is flattering on a wide variety of body types, and it boasts a bit of rebellion while maintaining a professional look. We love this beautifully textured, versatile one from Balmain. - Almond Oil. Soft, subtle, and utterly classic, almond oil has been cited by color giant Pantone as one of THE colors of Fall fashion for 2020. The creamy, chic hue offers a modern minimalism that lends itself well to texture, sweaters, skirts and accessories. Try adding one almond oil colored item to your outfit, or go all in and wear the trending shade from head to toe. We’re obsessed with this modal-blend midi skirt from AAIZEL. (Photo: Net-A-Porter)
- Pearls. You know we’re happy about this one! Pearls are at the heart of our jewelry collection, and we strongly feel they are always trending. So it was no surprise to see pearls making an appearance as the accessory of choice at Fall Fashion Weeks across the globe. Most notably, earrings seemed to be all the rage on the runway. Let us make all your pearly dreams come true - we’ve got teardrop, stud and hoop earrings galore! One of our personal favorites, the ‘Ersa’ baby hoop earrings look incredible with a cozy cable knit sweater and a scarf.
- Fringe. No longer reserved for cowboys, fringe is having a full-on fashion moment, appearing on countless runways for Fall 2020, from Dior to Givenchy. Don’t be afraid to dabble in some trending fringe - as seen in our current favorite fringed piece (this gorgeous longline coat, with a delicate and feminine fringe that pairs well with jeans and a t-shirt, slacks and a blouse, a dress - you name it.
