Stephanos is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

STEPHANOS SHIPPING

Stephanos delivers all over the world.

Stephanos orders are shipped and delivered on business days. For security reasons, Stephanos will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

SHIPPING COSTS & SHIPPING TIMES

Stephanos offers free standard shipping (3-5 business days) on all orders over $100

Two Days 2 business days: $15.00

Overnight 1-2 business days: $25.00

(Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States). 

Shipping costs will be calculated and shown on the checkout page.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We ship internationally!

Stephanos offers free standard international shipping(7-21days) on orders over $200

Standard International Shipping (7-21 business days) $20.00

With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, at Stephanos we would like to share an update with you.

DELAYS

Stephanos is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Stephanos is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Stephanos will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase. 

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Stephanos recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Stephanos is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

CUSTOMS TAX

Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Stephanos makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
